T&D Europe and E.DSO Grid Action Plan

Following the High-Level Forum on Grids on 7 September, where Commissioner Simson placed electricity networks front and centre of the EU agenda, the European Commission has started work on a Grid Action Plan.

T&D Europe and E.DSO take the opportunity to share the essential elements that need to be considered for a future-proof, flexible and resilient electricity network, supported by a strong, innovative, and globally competitive industrial base.

Building on the conclusions from the Forum, we highlight 15 actions that the EU Action Plan on Grids needs to include to support a strong grid sector.
