Green Electricity Systems: End-to-End Solutions Leveraging Standards for Efficiency

T&D Europe will join Cen and Cenelec for a panel titled “Green Electricity Systems: End-to-End Solutions Leveraging Standards for Efficiency” on 7 October. 

Alongside industry leaders and experts, the panel will explore how we can make our electricity systems greener and more efficient and the role standards play in ensuring the sustainability and efficiency of these systems from end to end. 

Taking place from 13:30-18:30 at the CEN and CENELEC Management Centre in Brussels (with the option to join online), the event will feature three panels that dive into the future of green electricity systems and present the main deliverables and outcomes from WorkStream 9 ”Green Electricity Systems” of the High-Level Forum on European Standardization led by T&D Europe. 

The workshop will bring together government representatives, officials from national standardization bodies (NSBs), experts from the electricity sector, and various stakeholder communities, including SMEs, large companies, consumers, environmental NGOs, trade unions, and academia. Participants will share their insights and expertise on improving efficiency in green electricity systems through standardization.

2. Leveraging Standards for Efficiency: Discussing the role of standards in enhancing system efficiency 
3. Best Practices and Solutions: Sharing successful case studies and innovative measures for efficient green electricity systems
